The new intake of the Powherful Program starts 2nd February.

This program is designed give you extra structure, accountability, and support to focus on your health and fitness habits. This will help you take your strength, confidence, and consistency to the next level!

Over the 4 weeks, we will focus on building healthy, sustainable habits around exercise, nutrition, and mindset, with added coaching and guidance from me throughout the program. The program can be done online from anywhere!

What is included:
💜Goal setting guidance with personalised habit targets for your goals
💜Weekly check in forms with individual feedback and support from me
💜Powherful app access to track you progress
💜Strength, cardio, and flexibility workouts you can do at the gym or at home

Be Powherful has officially stepped into a new chapter with fresh branding and a new logo, brought to life by the amazing team at Forward Moves!

Behind the scenes, we have been intentionally levelling up the business so I can support even more women to feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies 💪🏻
