💎 WHAT A DAY ON THE DIAMOND! 🥎💎

Yesterday was one of those days that reminded us exactly why we love being part of the softball community. 💕

We started our morning with the amazing crew at Kalamunda Rangers, meeting some of their wonderful members and some brand-new players to the sport. 🥎

There’s something pretty special about spending an entire morning talking softball with people who either already love the game as much as we do or are just beginning to discover how great it is. We absolutely loved the chats, the laughs and getting to know everyone. Thank you, Kalamunda Rangers, for making us feel so welcome! 💎

Then it was time to swap the BDG hat for my playing hat! 😂🥎

My team took on the Bandits, who have been absolutely incredible supporters of Bellenger Diamond Gear. It was such a great game and an absolute privilege to share the diamond with these ladies.

And of course, we couldn’t resist grabbing a photo of some of our wonderful Bandits supporters rocking their BDG pants. 😍🔥

There is something incredibly special about seeing our gear out there actually being worn and played in — particularly by people who have supported and encouraged our little business along the way.

Yesterday really summed up what we love about doing this. It’s not just about the gear. It’s the people, the conversations, the friendships and our shared love of this amazing sport. 🥎💕

This is exactly the kind of initiative we LOVE getting behind at Bellenger Diamond Gear! 🖤

We’re incredibly passionate about supporting young girls in diamond sports, giving them opportunities to get involved, build confidence, make friendships and — most importantly — fall in love with the game. 🥎✨

With the upcoming six-week program in Geraldton, we’re very proud to be donating a pair of Bellenger Diamond Gear pants for their Community Champion Award — recognising one young player who gets involved, supports others and embraces everything the program is about. 🏆💎

Geraldton has shown our little family business some incredible support, so being able to give something back to their softball community means a lot to us.

Because keeping our sport alive doesn’t just happen on the diamond. It happens when clubs, volunteers, families and businesses get behind our young players and give them a reason to keep coming back. 💕

We can’t wait to see the girls out there over the six weeks — and to see who is crowned the Bellenger Diamond Gear Community Champion! 🥎🏆

Looking for something fun to do? Want to meet new people, learn new skills or simply give something different a go?

The Geraldton Softball Association is excited to launch our FREE 6-week Girls on Base Program, designed to introduce girls aged 9–17 years to softball in a fun, supportive and welcoming environment before the 2026/27 softball season begins in October.

Whether you’re looking to get active, make new friends, build your confidence, or discover a new sport, this program is for you!

Run by girls, for girls, the program is open to all experience levels, whether you’ve never picked up a glove before or you’re already playing and want to develop your skills.

🕓 Time: 4:45 pm
👧 Ages: 9 - 17 years

Over the 6 weeks you’ll:
🥎 Learn and develop softball skills
⭐ Hear from experienced female softball players
🤝 Meet new friends in a fun and inclusive environment
💚 Build confidence on and off the diamond

✨ No experience required
✨ Experienced players are welcome
✨ No equipment needed, just wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes
✨ All girls aged 9 - 17 are welcome
