I am a Coach promoting long term health & wellbeing, I also strongly promote realistic goals, optimum health and not the vanity of fitness.

My goal is to turn every day people into athletes, & give them more than what they could ever wish for them selves. I am a Personal Trainer, Health Coach & athlete. I have been training consistently from the age of 15, & playing regular school sports previous to that. I also have 7 years experience in Rugby Union and have competed in IFBB fitness model competitions in 2012 & 2014. I always love an

Semi private sessions in action! 🔥🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏽

Small groups, tailored programs, focused coaching, cost effective, and an environment where everyone is working towards their own goals. Whether it’s building strength, improving performance, or learning olympic lifting, these sessions allow me to coach closely while still creating a strong training atmosphere & community.

I’m really excited to share that I have officially started my role as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at

I’m looking forward to this next chapter where I’ll be able to deliver my services in a privately owned training space that allows me to better support my clients and athletes. It’s a space where I can build a community and provide more tailored coaching through 1:1, semi-private, and group training.

I’m also excited to step further into the sports performance space, including facilitating team trainings, and continuing to grow my work within rugby — especially on the women’s side. Being a player myself, rugby has shaped so much of my life, and it’s something I’m incredibly passionate about giving back to. ✨

Alongside this, I will continue my strong focus on Pre and postnatal training, supporting women through one of the most important seasons of their lives. I’ll also be continuing my work with Olympic lifting, both for sport performance and for athletes wanting to develop strength, power and technical skill. 🏋🏽‍♀️

I’m really looking forward to supporting athletes through their off-season, pre-season and in-season training.

For me, coaching has always been about creating the right environment where people can train with purpose, build confidence, and develop their performance over time — all while being part of an awesome community.

More details on my services to come however reach out if you would like more info 🙏🏽

Do the work now. Or pay the price later.
Your health will be addressed - by choice or consequence.

Strength training may start as an aesthetic pursuit, but the internal transformation is what changes your life. ✨

A few snapshots of moments that have meant a lot to me over the past 10 years of coaching. Some of these are indirect to coaching but have had a massive impact on how I coach, and if Instagram would let me post more, I would!

It has been a journey of ups and downs, and honestly, I didn’t think I’d last this long. The coaching side has always been my favourite part, the business side… I’m still learning that one every day. 🤣

The best advice I was given when I first entered this industry, was to have very thick skin - and wow, was that true!

I am definitely not the same person I was when I first started, I’ve grown and evolved along side an industry that has changed tremendously and I’m grateful for the amount of education I have done & support of the very few people along the way that has kept me on the right path & helped me stay some what grounded and not get caught up in the shady parts of the fitness industry.

Thank you to every human who chose me to support them on their health and fitness journey, no matter how big or small the goal. Watching people change from the inside out is the most rewarding feeling - and its what keeps me doing this work, because it’s real change.🫶🏽

A very special shout out to my mum, whose belief in me lives on in the way I coach, lead, and show up every day. ✨✨

Here’s to more years of showing up, learning, and doing the work that matters, cos at the end of the day all we truly have is our health. ♥️

Big goals don’t need big changes - they need small consistent ones.

If it’s not easy enough to repeat over time, it won’t last.

And on the days motivation disappears, habits decide the outcome.

Getting into a new year proves to be a time where there is an influx of setting new year resolutions, and fitness goals is definitely a big one! And while some may cringe at the idea, I salute any one wanting to make a change with their health & fitness journey to better themselves for the future.

But if you’re going in relying purely on motivation it’s going to be short lived.

There are many layers like discipline, habits, environment, goals, your why, and while I find it difficult to discuss mindset on here, I can’t fully ignore it. We’re all very individual with different personality types, goals, experiences etc so I hope this post can help you go beyond the layers and make those changes you have always wanted to make. ✨💪🏽 💯🏋🏽‍♀️

It’s easy to train when you feel good, but it’s crucial to show up when you don’t feel like it - even if you do less than you hope.

Going to the gym for 10 minutes may not improve your performance, but it reaffirms your identity of someone that wants to be consistent with the gym and not fall off.

Missing once is an accident, and we can’t be perfect but missing twice is a start of a new habit. It’s the spiral of repeated mistakes that follows. So never miss twice in a row.

Simple off season fitness you can do. Perfect time to put in that quiet work 🔥

I’m opening up spaces for the right person - someone ready to put in work, learn and commit to becoming stronger & fitter for life! 💪🏽

Whether your goals are:

⚡️ Improving sports Performance
🏋🏽‍♀️ Mastering Olympic Lifts
🤰🏼 Navigating Pre & Post natal
💪🏽 or simply saying goodbye to long term nigglies and lower back pain…

Improving performance is more than just lifting weights - it’s about building a body that can handle the demands of life and sport! For athletes, it means improving speed, power, and resilience so you can perform at your best!

For pre & post natal clients, it’s about moving safely, building confidence, and supporting the body through one of its biggest transitions.

Olympic lifting develops coordination, power and technical skill to name a few that carries over into every other movement.

And for anyone dealing with long term nigglies or lower back pain, neck pain etc strength training teaches you how to move well, protect your joints, and rebuild strength so you can finally feel free in your own body!

If you feel this is the right time for you - I’d love to hear from you
