This is the first GF for a FLCC team in the SMCA since our return!

- Our Lads take on Cockburn on at their home turf at Davilak Reserve, with a Start time of 12:30, players are expected to arrive by 11:30

This weekend we recognise mental health round across the SMCA- South Metropolitan Cricket Association, which provides us with an opportunity to open the conversation amongst our Club community about a critical issue in Australia.
Mental Health illnesses are common within our community, and this round, we recognise the importance of our club in providing a safe space and support network to our members and their families.
This weekend we urge you all at FLCC to get around your fellow club members, check in with each other and reinforce the value of community out on the field, just as we have always done here at Ferndale Lynwood Cricket Club.

To our members and opponents, please stick around for a BBQ and drink at the close of play on tomorrow (6th December).

For those playing away from home, please come back to the club and get around your fellow clubmen.

Keep looking out for yourselves and your mates out on the cricket field. If you ever wish to chat about how you’re feeling, reach out to your captains and committee to have a yarn and start a safe conversation.

Over the weekend, Players, Staff and Officials wore Black arm bands in remembrance of Ben Austin whose life was taken playing the game he loved.
