Braving the terrible forecast, we headed out to Somerset Dam.

As soon as the drizzle started, Dad was on to something big! His new PB Yellowbelly
going 60cm on the nose!!

Shortly after, he landed a 50cm, which is dwarfed compared to the other football!

Finally a day with no rain! Just a little wind to start but good enough for us!

Some quality flathead caught by Jesse and I managed to land a solid Bream which took the lure off the surface

Fingers crossed that we get some better weather and can get out more!

Who else bought their boat trailers Christmas presents??? Dad and I did

New black mud guards gives a nice new look from the old marked white ones. It also gives us a chance to remove previous owners D.I.Y running lights 😏 measure once drill twice seemed to be the moto they followed

On our recent trip to Port Macquarie Jesse and I managed to get out fish the old stomping grounds!

It has been atleast 10yrs since I've fished it but fish are fish and do the same thing everywhere. So we managed to get onto a few.
