Another training facility n the local area could be arranged. Please let me know by comments or Private message.

Shotokan Karate is a traditional self defence system. With regular training, it will instill confidence and address anti bullying. PM your interest.
It is also great for women's self defence. We will be running women's self defence classes soon.
