💜 Today is Wear It Purple Day, a day to recognise the youth of the LGBTQIA+SB community.
This year’s theme, Colours of Courage, reminds us that bravery isn't always loud. It’s found in the everyday choices to live proudly, stand beside a friend, and invite others into understanding and acceptance.
At BlueFit, our purpose is Inspiring Community Activity, and that starts with building spaces where absolutely everyone feels safe to participate and play.
Don't forget to show your support for the LGBTQIA+SB community by wearing a touch of purple, and starting conversations about what inclusion and support means to you!
We were thrilled to welcome Rhiannon Pearce MP, Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing, along with John Fulbrook MP, to North East Hurricanes Pickleball for a hit on the court!
It was fantastic to have them join our local club, experience the fun and energy of pickleball, and see firsthand the wonderful community that has grown around our sport. 💙
Pickleball is all about getting active, having fun and bringing people together, and we loved sharing that with Rhiannon and John.
A huge thank you to them both for taking the time to visit, have a game and support our local pickleball community. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did! 🏓👏
North East Hurricanes Pickleball — where everyone is welcome and there’s always time for one more game! 💪😊

We promised a massive day of fun, and the Salisbury Community Fun Day absolutely delivered! Over 1,500 of you packed out the Parafield Gardens Recreation Centre for an unforgettable Saturday last weekend. 🎈💥
The stadium was buzzing with non stop energy thanks to an inflatable takeover featuring over 12 epic bouncy castles, giant slides, and the fan favourite Ninja fun run.
The excitement didn't stop there! Wild Brumbies Line Dancing put on a fantastic display and got the kids out on the floor showing off their best moves, while North West Magic kept the crowd smiling with hours of pure entertainment.
After a massive day keeping everyone safe and having fun, our staff couldn't resist testing out the inflatables themselves. 😉
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made this free community day such a massive success, we already can't wait for the next one! 🙌
