Under 12 Girls:
MCC/Malvern 19 - Wyndham 24
The initial three quarters of the game were closely contested; however, in the final quarter, the girls demonstrated exceptional determination, resilience, and teamwork. It was particularly gratifying to conclude the season with Esna and Mika returning from their holidays, which provided us with a robust bench and ensured our players remained energized. Coach Tink, your leadership has guided the club and the girls to a remarkable and historic victory; congratulations on this outstanding achievement!

Please note that there will be no training this week, allowing for a well-deserved break and time to celebrate with family.

Kindly remember the parents versus kids event this Sunday at 10:30 AM, followed by the presentation night next Thursday evening.

After such an amazing season with still one important game to go, a date is set for Presentation night where we can celebrate the wonderful year you have had. 🥍 please RSVP before the 10th September. We will also be hosting our Parents V Kids match on the 13th September 10:30am, think it’s time for a parents win, but be warned we do have amazing talent this season 😂💜🥍

Preliminary FINAL Edition

Well it's official... the girls have made it to the GRAND FINAL!!!

Under 12 Girls:
Eltham 14 - Wyndham 20
The girls dominated the game right from the start, never giving up a solid lead. Their teamwork and communication were fantastic, setting them up as a really strong team with one game left. Congrats to Felicity for scoring over 100 goals this season – what an achievement!

Training this week will be as usual, and we encourage everyone (including the boys) to come and support the girls in their finals campaign.

The Grand Final is at Altona at 10:30 AM on Sunday, the 6th, against MCC.

The U12 girls are playing at Lower Eltham 570 Main Rd, Eltham at 10:30am tomorrow morning 30 August. Please arrive earlier to gear up and stretch out.
This is a important game as winning gets the girls through to the Grand Final. Let’s get behind them and show some Wyndham Pride. Good Luck and Have Fun Warriors🥍

SEMI FINAL Edition

Under 12 Boys:
Camberwell Raiders 17 - Wyndham 12
Our young athletes faced another challenging match, consistently striving to catch up on a cold, rainy day. Despite the pressure, they demonstrated excellent and fair lacrosse. I am optimistic about this group's future development. A big congratulations to Haziq on his first goal.

Under 12 Girls:
Footscray 15 - Wyndham 16
This was a very closely contested game, with scores level at halftime. Footscray performed admirably in the third quarter, but the remarkable speed of the Gee sisters helped narrow the margin, leading to a thrilling conclusion. Well done, girls.

Training this week will proceed as usual, and we encourage everyone (including the boys) to come and support the girls in their finals campaign.
