💥A NEW ERA FOR ROCKINGHAM RUGBY

Rockingham Rugby Union Football Club is incredibly proud to announce the appointment of Asaeli Tikoirotuma as our new Senior Head Coach.

This is an exciting step forward for our club as we continue to build on the progress, culture and momentum created over the past few seasons.

Asaeli brings an outstanding rugby pedigree to Rockingham. A former Fiji international, he competed at the highest levels of the game, including Super Rugby with the Chiefs, where he was part of the squad that claimed back-to-back Super Rugby championships in 2012 and 2013. His professional career also took him to England, representing Harlequins and London Irish.

But it is not only Asaeli’s ( Tiks ) playing experience that excites us.

His knowledge of the game, professional standards, leadership and passion for developing players align strongly with the direction we are taking as a club.

From winning Community Grade in 2024, to becoming Championship Grade Premiers in 2025, and stepping up again to compete in Reserve Grade in 2026, Rockingham Rugby continues to move forward.

The appointment of Asaeli represents another important step in that journey.

Our ambition is to build a strong and sustainable senior rugby program, develop our local talent, create pathways for the next generation of Rockingham players and establish a culture capable of competing at the highest level of WA club rugby.

We are extremely excited about what lies ahead.

Please join us in welcoming Asaeli Tikoirotuma ( Tiks ) and his family to the Rockingham Rugby family.

The next chapter starts now. 💜💛

ONE CLUB. ONE FAMILY. ONE ROCKY.
