One Wheeled Wackadoos

Oliver will make his national TV debut today! Keep an eye out for the One Wheeled Wackadoos during the 2023 Australia Day Live concert. Viewers across the nation can watch Australia Day Live on ABC TV or ABC iview from 7.30pm. The concert will also be streamed LIVE on the ABC TV + iview and Australia Day pages.

Oliver, Tom and I spoke to the Rotary Club of Port Macquarie Sunrise about our Sea to Summit unicycle adventure last Friday. Oliver finished off the guest speaker session by riding his unicycle between the tables while solving the Rubiks Cube!

GROUP PEDALS TO MT KOSCUISZKO SUMMIT ON UNICYCLES | NBN News A group from Port Macquarie, has achieved an unheard of feat, unicycling from Tathra to the summit of Mount Koscuiszko. The one-wheeled wilderness journey took them 12 days.

Father and son unicycle from sea to summit of Mt Kosciuszko Lloyd Godson and his 11-year-old son have spent their summer holidays doing something a little different to most people — reaching Mt Kosciuszko's peak in unexpected fashion.

Father and son unicycle from the sea to the summit of Mt Kosciuszko Port Macquarie's Lloyd Godson and his 11-year-old son Oliver have completed a sea to summit unicycle expedition from Tathra to the summit of Mt Kosciuszko. They covered about 260 kilometres, with a total elevation gain of around 5500 metres.

I love these images, captured by Thomas Bauer Visuals. Oliver's mum stuck by his side throughout the entire journey, but this moment was by far his biggest test. Little did he know, just down the road his best friend was waiting to help him to the finish line. Surrounded by friends, family and lots of love, it wasn't long before he was grinning from ear to ear and wanting to make the final push to the summit Love really is all you need :)
