ADULTS...LEARN TO KAYAK CLINICS $150 PER PADDLER 3-hour clinic.
Invest in 3 hours of Kayaking tuition to ensure you get the right advice, to sustain good health and protect muscle strains and ensure you make the best choice with the right equipment whilst boosting your confidence and safety in this comprehensive program by an Industry Professional Instructor and guide. Beginners to advanced paddlers welcome.
Both sit on top (recreational) and sit in (touring/sea kayaks) welcome.
$150 per paddler.
PFD's must be worn on ALL lessons and guided tours.

KIDS KAYAK CLINIC.....lots of fun : ) $150 PER PADDLER 3-hour clinic.
Exclusive fun filled clinic which is designed just for kids. The small group size (up to 2 kids max) ensures that your children will have quality time spent with the instructor learning the basics of kayak control, safety, and paddle techniques.
Emphasis on safety and fun, I use Frisbee, balls, and sponge games as teaching aids...have your kids learn from an Accredited Instructor....the correct way. At least 30 minutes will be spent at end of lesson on practising re-entries.
Kids must be able to swim and aged 5-16.

PELICAN ISLAND TOUR…LIMITED NUMBERS $100 PER PADDLER
3-hour tour & tuition.
Guided Kayak Tour incl Magical Mangroves depending on tides.
Includes a brief introductory lesson on safety and technique for beginners...an unforgettable kayaking experience, kids very welcome parent accompanied.
You might also meet local wildlife like stingrays, dolphins, turtles, white-bellied sea-eagles, pelicans, ospreys, kingfishers, and water dragons, migratory birds.
Scenic paddle routes includes: Settlement Point, Port Waterfront via Pelican Island, Port Marina and Kooloonbung Creek.
$100 per paddler including full briefing.
PFD's must be worn on ALL lessons and guided paddles.

INTRO - SKILLS - LOADING – TRANSPORTING $80 for 2-hour tuition.
A complete intro package of kayaking for newbies. Safety briefing & hazards. Clothing & equipment incl PFDs.
Dry beach run ONLY: no water entries at all....(sitting on grass). Learning basic paddle skills & 'why' techniques of how to hold a kayak paddle & main skill components & strokes. Getting in and out of kayaks - what the main differences of sit in and sit on top kayaks for & against points with each. What and where to buy kayaks. Loading and unloading of kayaks on & off your car roof, transporting of kayaks. A Paddle Australia Accredited Kayak Instructor runs the entire course.
