Sometimes we think yoga has to look a certain way to be beneficial, but some of the most powerful practices are also the gentlest.
Holistic Chair Yoga offers a supportive and accessible way to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Using the stability of a chair, we’ll explore mindful movement, gentle stretching, breath awareness, relaxation, and moments of stillness to support your overall wellbeing.
This class is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive if you:

This beautiful painting was created by my Dad.
As I looked at it today, I was reminded that flowers don’t rush to bloom. They unfold in their own time, responding to the seasons, the light, and the conditions around them.
Perhaps we’re not so different.
Tomorrow’s Gentle Holistic Yoga class is an opportunity to pause, soften, and honour where you are right now—without needing to fix, change or strive for anything.
Through gentle movement, mindful breathing and relaxation, we’ll create space to reconnect with ourselves and the wisdom of simply being.

The beautiful Michelle Jordan from Expanding Wings - Holistic Yoga will lead our upcoming Moving with Grief session this Saturday. Michelle is one of our many volunteers who give their time and skills to contribute to a community that offers support at times of grief. Grief because we lost someone or something we love, grief about the state of the world, grief about the inevitable changes that shape our lives.
