One of my lovely clients asked for something extra to practise at home — and I LOVE that energy. 💛

So here it is:

✨ Slow, focused core connection.
✨ Move with intention, not momentum.

Remember — it’s not about doing more. It’s about doing it well. The magic happens in the small, consistent moments you give to yourself.

Started as Pilates… ended as laughter, wobbling, and very serious core faces 😂

So grateful for women who show up, try their best, cheer each other on, and don’t take themselves too seriously. Strong bodies, stronger friendships.

Since I started practicing & teaching Pilates, it is definitely the healthiest my body & mind has ever been.

Pilates is NOT the latest trend … it is such a clever system of movement, breathing & mindfulness.
It makes you strong, it helps you reset, it heals.

Over tens years practicing & teaching Pilates & I still look forward to my own practice.

Our small business is growing up. We are moving out on our own. It’s time for us to spread our wings.
