Do you have a Bronze and would like to learn the craft of surfboat sweeping? Well, here is your opportunity. We have new and experienced boat crews ready to row! We just need you!

Boat Sweeps role:
• Steering the boat
• Surf negotiation
• Decision making
• Health, safety and wellbeing of the crew
• Effective Sweeps have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate their crew

You will achieve a Development Coaching accreditation plus learn the knowledge, skills and qualities required. Must have bronze, over 16yrs and willing to learn. 'Dad Jokes' desirable.
