What a fantastic weekend at the Under 12s Representative Carnival! 🏑💙❤️

We were incredibly proud to have so many Wauchope Warriors representing our club and community:
⭐ Our Under 12s players gave it their all on the field.
⭐ We also had Sophie and Ruby umpiring and did a wonderful job officiating throughout the carnival.
⭐ Richard led the team as coach.
⭐ Angela kept everything running smoothly as team manager.

Thank you all for your hard work, commitment, and the way you represented the Warriors both on and off the field. Your efforts and sportsmanship made our club proud.

Well done to everyone involved—we hope you all had an amazing experience and created plenty of great memories. Go Warriors! 💙❤️

🔥 BBQ FUNDRAISER FOR COLIN PURSEHOUSE 🔥

Join the Warriors Hockey Club for a BBQ fundraiser as we help support one of our own, Colin Pursehouse, on his journey to umpire at the Masters Hockey World Cup in Breda, Netherlands this August!

Representing Australia on the world stage is an incredible achievement, but it’s also entirely self-funded. Colin is raising money to help cover the costs of flights, accommodation, insurance, uniforms, transport and more.

📅 When: Saturday, 27th June
🌭 Come down for a sausage sizzle, cold drinks, and great company while supporting a fantastic cause!

Every dollar raised goes directly towards helping Colin achieve this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

A huge congratulations to Sophie, Ruby, Poppy and Amelia on competing in their first Under 16s Representative Hockey Carnival in Newcastle last weekend! 🏑👏
Sophie, Ruby and Poppy proudly represented Port Macquarie Hastings, while Amelia represented Wagga Wagga, all showcasing their skills, determination and passion for hockey against some of the state's best young players.
Taking part in a representative carnival is a fantastic achievement and a rewarding experience, providing opportunities to develop skills, build friendships and create lasting memories. We are incredibly proud of the way all four girls represented their teams, communities and themselves both on and off the field.
Congratulations on this milestone achievement. Your hard work and dedication have paid off, and we look forward to following your hockey journeys in the years ahead!

🏑 Let’s get behind Colin on his journey to the Masters Hockey World Cup! 🌏🇳🇱

We are incredibly proud to share that Colin has been selected to umpire at the Masters Hockey World Cup in Breda, Netherlands this August — an amazing achievement and an opportunity to officiate at a level he has never experienced before.

As this incredible opportunity is entirely self-funded, we are looking to help Colin raise funds to cover the costs of attending the tournament.

The total cost of the trip is expected to exceed $6,000, including:
✈️ Flights – approximately $2,500
🏨 Accommodation – approximately $2,500
👕 Uniforms – approximately $330
🛡️ Insurance – approximately $300
🛂 Passport & visas – approximately $550
🚲 Local transport – approximately $200+

Every dollar raised will go directly towards helping Colin cover these expenses and represent our hockey community on the world stage.
