VIVA7s is a new, fast-paced, social sports experience. It's the best way to stay fit and keep having fun! BREAKDOWN OF HOW TO PLAY VIVA7s:
1.
Seven (7) players (male, female or mixed) in each team
2. TOUCHES not tackles
3. Seven (7) touches to score before ball given to opposition
4. PASS to a teammate or do a BALL PLACE once you're touched
PASS --> 2 seconds to pass & 2 steps allowed
BALL PLACE --> Defenders have to stand back 5 metres
5. When the ball goes over sideline a quick throw-in takes place
6. Kicking allowed in general p

Happy VIVA Eve,
Hope we are all excited to play VIVA7s tomorrow night. Kick off will be at 6pm so make sure we get down there early to sign on and learn the rules.
Remember the special offer for Port Macquarie is the price being dropped to $40 for the next 5 weeks.

In the Local paper it said the start was to be tomorrow night (27th Feb) due to bad weather over recent weeks and field closures I am disappointed to announce that we will be postponing this for another week. Due to kick off on Friday 6th March.
