Our school holidays Adventure Day Camp sessions are back this holidays! Book in early to secure your child’s adventure, spaces are strictly limited!

Please be advised that due to a planned power outage affecting our ability to operate, we will be closed this Sunday the 1st of March. We apologise for any inconvenience!

Dear Gravity Club parents,
Please be advised that due to community feedback, to fit in with some schools later school day end time, Gravity Club will now run from 4pm until 6pm every Tuesday during school terms instead of from 3.30pm until 5.30pm.
We hope this change makes participation easier for everyone and doesn’t cause any inconvenience.
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone next Tuesday the 3rd February at 4pm 😃

Centre of Gravity is seeking a new senior staff member to join the team!

Position:
* Casual (over 22 years of age).
* Pay: Fitness Industry Award - Adult casual level 3.
* Hours: Variable - minimum of 20 hours per week during school terms, minimum of 25 hours per week during school holidays.
* Full paid training for all aspects of the position duties will be provided.

Position requirements:
* Availability during daytime hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
* Must have a cleared WWCC or be willing to attain one prior to commencing employment.
* Current First Aid certificate or be willing to attain one.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to lead a team.
* Reliable, self motivated, enthusiastic work ethic, flexibility.
* Good organisational skills.
* Experience with rock climbing is desirable but not essential.

Position duties include but are not limited to:
* Providing direction to and assisting junior members of the team with duties to ensure smooth and coordinated running of activities for maximum participants safety and enjoyment.
* Welcoming customers and answering phone calls, taking enquiries.
* Running Parties/Large group bookings/Gravity Club/Holiday programs.
* Facilitating rock climbing sessions by providing belay instructions and supervision to ensure participants safety and enjoyment.
* Facilitating laser tag games by providing game instructions, preparing equipment and starting games.
* Cleaning facilities prior to opening (vacuuming and bathrooms), assisting with cleaning party rooms at the conclusion of bookings.
