Sunshine, fresh air and some beautiful humans moving with intention today ✨
This is my Flex + Flow Mobility Class at Lake Cathie Foreshore.
In this photo, we’re working into the deep front line with strong, grounded warrior holds — great for balance, posture and feeling centred. Then we move into the lateral line with flowing side‑to‑side reaches to create space through the ribs and outer hips.
Mobility isn’t just stretching: it’s learning how your body moves as one connected system.
And today, this crew absolutely nailed it 👊

Some sessions are all about strength…
and some sessions are strength with a side of dance moves 💃🔥
Whether it’s wall sits that turn into a shimmy or step‑ups that somehow become a full cardio routine, the AMF crew always finds a way to bring the fun. 😅
Movement doesn’t have to be serious to be effective.
Laughing, dancing, wobbling, supporting each other — that’s what builds confidence, consistency and community.
Strong bodies. Strong vibes. Strong women.

Lunges are one of the best functional movements we can train. They build:
• Leg strength
• Hip stability
• Balance
• Core control
• Confidence in everyday movement
And honestly… training by the lake with views like this just hits different.
