Due to all the rain the lawns are not draining well at the moment. So on the recommendation of the Ground coordinator all lawns are closed to at least Friday afternoon. Which will then be re inspected.

Mid North Coast Croquet Council
Our ricochet competition took a different format this year. Ricochet players from Forster, Gloucester, Port Macquarie and Taree were invited to a day of competition in graded blocks. With 20 players 5 blocks of 4 players competed in round robins. All games had a 1h 30min time limit for a 14 point handicap game.
With so much rain in the area recently we were very lucky to have no more than light drizzle at times.
The Block winners were: Block 1 - Peter Long (Forster); Block 2 - Tony Earle (Port Macquarie); Block 3 - Jill Drury (Port Macquarie); Block 4 - Penny Jude (Forster); Block 5 - Stewart Sinclair (Port Macquarie).
Thank you Barb McTiernan, Penny Jude and Aileen Matlawski for organising the day and the Forster members for their hospitality.
