Lola competes, judges, and teaches worldwide, bringing her signature low flow, exotic style to stages and studios across the globe.
DEVILISH DETAILS - Choreography-
$100-90 min
ā¦because the devil is in the details. A captivating dive into musicality and texture through Lolaās
signature style. Intricate and richly expressive, this workshop is about learning how small
moments create big impact. Explore fingers, head, gaze and edgework, with intentional accents
and delicious pauses that tease the music. Open to anyone who has some experience in the
basics of pole dance (pirouettes, spins etc). Bring your kneepads and heels!
FLOW EVOLUTION - Sequences
90min- $100
Designed for dancers craving more originality, artistry and freedom in their movement. Through
guided exploration, slinky sequences and creative experimentation, Lola will help you evolve
beyond repetitive shapes and unlock more fluid, intricate and intentional pathways.
Explore threads, edgework, level changes, directional shifts and intriguing transitions while
developing a deeper understanding of how movement connects and transforms. Rather than
focusing on a set routine, this class encourages curiosity, innovation and personal expression ā
giving you space to refine and evolve movement with music. Youāll leave feeling inspired to
create.
Open to anyone who has some experience in the basics of pole dance (pirouettes, spins etc).

SHOWCASE FOR TERM 2
Will be on Friday 8th May!
Come along and dance your heart out with what you have been learning this term, bring your friends, bring your family, everyone is welcome!
You will be able to watch the students in other levels and your teachers perform!
If you are dancing please arrive at 7.30pm

Denise will be helping us out teaching on a casual basis for now and we are excited to have you!
Here is a little bit about Denise
I absolutely love seeing women feel confident and at home in their own bodies.
I truly believe weāre not here to make ourselves smaller. Weāre here to take up space. To be seen. To feel powerful. And to lift each other up along the way.
After my gymnastics career ended, I went through a phase where I felt a little lost. Movement had always been such a big part of who I wasā¦ and suddenly, I didnāt quite know where I fit. Then I found pole and something clicked. My love for movement came rushing back in a completely new way.
Pole didnāt just make me stronger physically. It helped me reconnect with myself. It reminded me who I was outside of medals and routines.
Thatās also what led me to dive deeper into nutrition and holistic strength. During my gymnastics years, I learned how to push my body but I didnāt always understand it. So I chose to study the pieces I felt were missing. I wanted to support the body, not just demand more from it.
Now, Iām so passionate about helping women feel strong, bold, maybe even a little āextraā and completely unapologetic about it. I want you to feel powerful in your body, not at war with it.

Fun fact about me: I might be strongā¦ but I still hate laybacks. Hihi.
