Another great week at GI Fitness! 💪

This week we kept things moving with a mix of circuits, strength training, core work, balance challenges, and cardio sessions designed to keep everyone progressing toward their goals.

From building strength and stability to getting the heart rate up and pushing through those cardio blocks, our members showed up, put in the effort, and supported each other every step of the way.

Rain, shine, busy schedules or tired muscles – the work still gets done, and that's what creates results. 👏

A huge well done to everyone who trained this week. Your consistency, determination, and positive attitude make our GI Fitness community what it is.

"Just 'me time', no phone, no family, no work"

One of the things Kerrie loves most about GI Fitness isn't just the workouts, it's the opportunity to switch off from everything else for a little while.

Life is busy. Between work, family, commitments, and the constant notifications, finding time for yourself can feel impossible.

For Kerrie, her sessions are 45 minutes does the trick.

A chance to move her body, clear her mind, and focus on herself.

And that's something worth making time for 💪

Because progress isn’t built when conditions are perfect, it’s built when you show up anyway.

LESS to the YES!

What the hell am I talking about you ask?

My upcoming 8 week commitment is all about doing LESS to achieve more.

Sounds crazy I know but hear me out ladies.

How many times do you say yes when you really mean no?

Yes because it’s the right thing to do
Yes because what will others think
Yes because I’m expected to
Yes because that’s what I always say

Mean while the reality is you’re drowning, you’re absolutely fu***ng exhausted and you’re dreading what you said ‘yes’ to.

As women and especially you mumma bears out there you are constantly taking care of everyone else often at the expense of your own health and wellbeing ☺️

I see you and I hear you.

Keeping it real!

For decades I did everything I could to be skinny.

And I mean everything, every diet you can think of, literally starving myself and trying every quick fix on the market.

From memory it started when I was around 12.

Back then it started with magazines and the comparison was painfully real.

Boy have things changed……

Thankfully my obsession to be skinny is now ZERO!

What’s most important to me now is being fit, functional, strong, healthy and happy 🙏🏻

I’m grateful to have reached this stage of my life and am simply sharing my story (the short version 😉) to remind others our past doesn’t equal our future and we can always choose to change ☺️

It takes time, christ it took me decades so be kind to yourself along the way.

I also want to acknowledge it’s a fu***ng tough gig out there these days, the exposure has increased dramatically and I consistently and sadly see the negative impact of that.

I don’t have the answers but to put a smile on your face the ice cream was yesterday’s lunch 😋
(Not all of it 😂)

I felt like ice cream, so I bought some, drove to the beach and realised I didn’t have a spoon 😂 thankfully I found a fork in the glovebox!

I enjoyed every mouthful guilt free because having some ice cream is totally fu***ng ok 🙌🏻
