WINTER IS HERE… but your fitness goals don’t have to hibernate.
Every year people tell themselves they’ll “get serious” when the weather warms up. The problem? Summer bodies are built in winter.
The small choices you make over the next few months will determine whether you’re feeling confident at the beach or wishing you didn’t slack off in the winter.
Focus on the basics:
✅ Prioritise protein at every meal
✅ Keep lifting weights consistently
✅ Stay active daily
✅ Limit weekend blowouts
✅ Focus on progress, not perfection
✅ Hit your daily step target
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to stay consistent when everyone else is making excuses.
Your future self will thank you for the work you put in over the next cold 3 months. 💪🏼🔥

Hey everyone I’m Andrew and I am the founder and coach of AJ’s fitness coaching.
I am a NDIS fitness coaching specialist. I have worked with ndis individuals for over 5 years and have changed over 30+ NDIS individuals lives through my coaching approach.
I myself have a Nero illness which is epilepsy, so I understand the struggles that we face day to day, and is why I also have a huge passion for helping you feel more confident, happier and fitter with in yourself. I will put you guys through a similar journey that I did myself when I was lost and anxious and am now here where I am today after that building process..
I am currently seeking a small group of NDIS individuals that are interested in welcoming health and fitness into their lives, the benefits that come with it is incredible.
I’ll take care of all the heavy lifting by educating, coaching & guiding you along the way, all you need to do is follow the process to learn and grow along the way.

Growth doesn’t come from staying comfortable. It comes from failing, learning, and getting back up stronger. Every setback teaches you something success never could. Don’t fear failure fear staying the same.
People always ask me why I’m so obsessed with training 6 days a week while also doing it for work and (do I ever have a rest day?)…
Truth is, it’s bigger than just building muscle.
The gym became the place that built my confidence, discipline, mindset and resilience. It’s where I clear my head and live in the body I feel most proud of, it helps me work through stress and reconnect with myself.
Training gave me purpose when I lacked direction and over the years it’s become part of who I am, not just what I do for work with helping others.
Some people see obsession… I see passion, growth and a lifestyle that genuinely changed my life. 👊🏼
That’s why I’ll always make time for it!
