Skating is at your own risk.
Please wear safety equipment, (this can include but is not limited to helmets, wrist guards and kneepads).
Please be aware that there are friendly photographers at the event. If you have any discomfort with having your photo taken please approach us. We will make sure to inform the photographers not to snap you. If a photo is posted of you. Message or post to have it removed, we will action this ASAP.

Photographers: Please maintain safe and active distance from the skaters. Please make sure to only take photos of the people skating and not the seating area unless you check with the participants first

Where: Princes Pier, Melbourne, VIC
Time: 04:30 PM onwards

All skaters are welcome! This is an inclusive event for all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned skater, there’s space for everyone.

✨ What to Expect:

-Skating fun by the seaside
-A warm, welcoming community
-Optional themed outfits

Important Reminders:

-Bring your own skates—no skate hire is available.
-Safety first! Helmets, wrist guards, and knee pads are highly encouraged to prevent mishaps.
-Dressing up is optional, but feel free to express yourself however you like.

Do you have skate accessories or gear you’d like to donate or trade? As part of our skate meetup, we’re excited to host a trade and swap session where participants can exchange or donate items.

Event Details:

6PM: The trading session will run for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Safety Reminder: After the session, all items must be stored away in participants’ cars or bags to ensure safety, as the event takes place in a public area.

Participation Guidelines:

Item Categories:
- All items must be clearly categorized as either “Free” or “For Trade (Priced).”

Payment Method:
- For any trades requiring monetary exchange, we ask participants to use PayID to avoid the need for cash transactions.

Setup Instructions:
- Items can be displayed in the designated seating area.
- Participants are encouraged to remain near their items. If stepping away to browse, leave your name on the provided signage to indicate ownership.
