Grand Final Interview with Smash Sports!

A huge thank you to Will from Smash Sports for taking the time to chat with girls from all of our Grand Final teams!

The girls shared their thoughts on their game plans, Grand Final experiences, season highlights, and, most importantly, why they love playing football.

It was fantastic to hear their perspectives and celebrate the players, the season and everything that makes football so special.

The Port Melbourne Chargers are recruiting players for 2027.

For the first time, ALL FOUR of our girls teams U11, U14, U16 & U18 are Grand Finalists! An incredible achievement and a testament to years of hard work building our girls program.

We also have three Alliance teams through to Grand Finals, what a weekend for our club!

So incredibly proud of our Colts U11 Girls!

While the Grand Final result didn’t go our way today, there is absolutely no doubt about how proud we are of this amazing group of girls.

They have played their hearts out all season, shown incredible determination, courage and teamwork, and represented our club with so much pride. To make it all the way to a Grand Final is a fantastic achievement in itself!

So excited to see what this fantastic team will achieve next season. Go Colts ❤️💙

Congratulations on reaching 100 games, Lara and Summer! What an incredible milestone and such a wonderful achievement for two fantastic players and truly great club members.

You both bring so much to the team, not only with your talent and commitment on the field, but also with your positive attitude, team spirit and the way you support those around you. You are both such valued members of the club, and it has been wonderful to watch you grow and achieve so much along the way.
