SJJA Prestons will be CLOSED tomorrow, Monday 5 October for the Labour Day Public Holiday.

⏰ Don’t forget Daylight Saving has started!

Our Women’s Only classes with Coach Allison are still ON at the earlier times:
🥋 4:00pm – Gi BJJ
🤼‍♀️ 5:00pm – No-Gi BJJ

👑 King’s Birthday Public Holiday Reminder

Just a reminder that all Kids BJJ classes, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Adults No-Gi classes will not be running today (Monday 8 June) due to the King’s Birthday public holiday.

💪 Our Women’s Only team will still be training today, but at the earlier time of 4:00pm to 6:00pm.

All other classes will resume as normal from Tuesday.

📝 Women’s Only Class Temporary Timetable Changes:

🌸 Mother’s Day on the Mats 🌸

This Saturday 9 May at 10am, we’re inviting all our amazing mums and mother figures to jump on the mats and celebrate with us! 💕 Whether you’re a mum, grandma, aunty, step mum, guardian, or someone who loves and supports our kids like your own, this morning is for YOU.

Join your little ones for a fun and special training session, followed by a beautiful morning tea with our SJJA Prestons family ☕🧁💐

Mums are the quiet superheroes behind the scenes. The ones cheering from the sidelines, rushing between school and training, comforting, encouraging, sacrificing, loving endlessly, and holding everything together even when nobody sees it. We truly wouldn’t be where we are without them.

Mother’s Day is a wonderful reminder to honour and appreciate all they do, but really, our mums deserve to be celebrated every single day ❤️

Huge congratulations to and on their well-deserved promotions last night. Your dedication and consistency inspire everyone around you.

A massive thank you to Coach Allison for leading our SJJA Prestons women’s team and building such a strong, supportive, and empowering community. We’re so proud of the culture you’ve all created, built on growth, encouragement, and sisterhood both on and off the mats.

To all our amazing ladies, thank you for continuing to show up, push boundaries, and level up every week.

Don’t forget, our Women’s Classes run every Monday and Thursday 6-7pm and 7-8pm in our private studio. Perfect for beginners and experienced athletes alike.
