A little look back at the last 5 years. So many faces, memories and good times. We’re grateful for everyone who has been part of The Grappling Lab along the way, and for everyone who continues to make this community what it is today.

A huge thank you to everyone who has walked through our doors and helped make The Grappling Lab what it is today.
We can’t believe it’s been 5 years! We’re so grateful for every single person who has been part of our journey, the friendships we’ve made, and the community we’ve built together.

Some people deal with their problems by talking about them. Others come to The Grappling Lab.

[Video description: The camera pans across The Grappling Lab gym. In the first part, the room is dark, with grey floor mats, white wall mats, and the TGL sign switched off. The scene then transitions to the lights being turned on, with the TGL sign illuminated and people rolling and training on the mats.
