This weekend Coach Jenny and Coach Amanda spent the weekend in Mackay with other coaches from NQ and CQ regions for the annual Coaches conference.

The purpose of this conference was for all coaches to continue to develop their skills to continue to do what they do best, train our swimmers to be the best they can be.

With guest speakers Ryo Kito - Cairns Stingrays, Cheryl Baty - Miami SC, Anthony Guillamin - Boyne Tannum and Greg Salter - NSW Regional Development Coach, the combined knowledge and experience was outstanding and all the new skills learnt will be put into place very quickly to assist our swimmers.

Thank you Barry Prime and Swimming Queensland Swimming Queensland for organising this and allowing all the coaches to come together, united for what we all believe in, Our swimmers!!!
