I have 2 friends that have had a family member medevac’d out of Proserpine in the last 12 months alone – with each rescue/transport often exceeding $30,000 (families are not charged for this). It is heart wrenching 💔 the amount of times we hear the helicopter come & go from Prossy hospital. These guys are literally life savers 🙏🏼

Her 3rd book now, just released in Feb this year. Bernie has generously gifted me some copies all the way from USA where she’s currently residing, 1 of which will go to my family in Vanuatu for the kids to practice their English, they love Bernie’s books 😍 they already have the other 2.

HELP‼️🆘 My amazing clients, friends & followers! Short notice I know … can you spare a gold coin 💰 in the next 2 days? I know the cost of living is crazy and the fuel prices are even crazier 😱 … but I’m putting this out to all you amazing people if you can find it in your heart to bring along to class either Monday or Tuesday morning a $1 or $2 coin (or you can payID direct to my mobile number).
a wonderful charity I used to volunteer for and still support, provide period products for those experiencing period poverty (homelessness, domestic violence etc). These are people who have had to use socks, toilet paper, newspaper, towels, chux – even bread – to manage their periods!!! It can be hard to believe.
Share the Dignity run 2 Dignity Drives per year, and their current drive finishes this Tuesday 31 March (you may have seen their pink donation bins in every Woolworths across Australia). They are well under their required numbers of tampon donations (60,000) to be able to meet the needs requested from charity partners that they supply to.
Now that the Whitsundays finally has an store – I picked up a couple of packets of tampons on Friday for $1.79 each … SO good!!! 👏🏼 For everyone that is able to donate, I will personally go into ALDI on Tuesday and purchase more with whatever donations I get and drop off to the Dignity box at Woolies before the Dignity Drive closes this Tuesday.

My studio will close early on Friday 13 March as I’ll be attending dear Ronnie’s funeral 😢 Booking system has been amended for the changes.
I’ve had the pleasure of training Ron & Lane for nearly 2 years now. Ron was my eldest client 😊 He may not have loved the training 😉 but he still let Lane drag him along each week 😊 and he was all the better for it!

Check out this amazing group of ladies!!! 🙌🏼☺️ They need celebrating 👏🏼🎉 This is my Seniors Cardio FIT class from yesterday! 12 inspirational ladies who blew out my record numbers yesterday … I’ve had to increase my maximum class number by 2 … AND we even had 3 ladies away yesterday!
I’m in awe of these ladies and so so proud of them! 🥰 They love the class, they all work hard, but it’s very social too 😉 we have lots of laughs 🤣
I love hearing all the benefits they notice from attending my classes. They understand the importance of moving for fitness, mobility & strength.
We’ve got an age range of 60-81 years in this pic – age is NEVER an excuse!
Some of these ladies have been training with me for over 2 years now, some are only new in recent weeks. Keep up the great work ladies your bodies will thank you for it!!! 👏🏼💪🏼😊🩵🩷 xx
