Mareeba is calling… and it’s time to get those noms in!

After an awesome Round 1 at Whitsundays, we’re ready to send it again for **Round 2 of the NQ Series 2026** at **Mareeba, North Queensland** on **Saturday June 13th**. 🏁

🚨 **IMPORTANT NOTICE — NO CAMPING AVAILABLE AT THE TRACK** 🚨
Unfortunately, camping at the track will **not** be available for Round 2. This is out of our hands, but we wanted to make sure everyone knows early so they can organise accommodation and travel plans.

⚠️ **EARLY ENTRY DISCOUNT ENDS JUNE 3!**
Don’t be the one sitting there on June 4 saying, “Ahhh yeah, I probably should’ve nominated…” 🤣

Current nomination numbers are building, but we need to pump these classes up:

Round 1 was a blast, well supported, and showed exactly what this series is about — great racing, great people, and building karting in North Queensland. Now we need everyone to help keep the momentum rolling into Round 2! 💪

KARTING AUSTRALIA ANNOUNCES TYRE SUPPLIERS FOR 2027-2031

The Board of Karting Australia has confirmed the appointment of Maxxis and Vega as the tyre suppliers for Karting Australia sanctioned competition from January 1, 2027, through to December 31, 2031.

This outcome follows an extensive tender and evaluation process undertaken over the past 18 months by Karting Australia management and directors.

Group 2 (KA3 Junior, KA3 Senior, TaG 125 Restricted) – Maxxis RED MAO
