**A message from the Proston Golf Club Committee**
We would like to apologise to our members and supporters for a recent post that appeared on the Proston Golf Club page.
The post was made by a person who is no longer a member of the club or part of the club’s executive committee, and the views expressed were **not those of the Proston Golf Club Committee**.
We won’t be getting into a public back-and-forth over the matters raised. The Committee has made its decisions based on what we believe is in the best interests of our club and its members, and we intend to focus our energy on moving forward.
And speaking of moving forward… **how good are our greens looking!**
A huge shout-out and thank you to our wonderful groundskeepers who put in the hard yards behind the scenes to keep our course looking the way it does. 🌱
A golf club doesn't just happen. There are plenty of hours spent mowing, maintaining, fixing, watering, trimming and generally doing all the jobs that most of us don't see — but we certainly appreciate the difference when we step onto those beautifully maintained greens.
**We are incredibly proud of the work being done to keep Proston Golf Club looking its best.**
For many of us, the golf course is more than just a place to play a round. It's where we catch up with mates, have a laugh, enjoy a few stories, welcome visitors and simply get out there and enjoy our little corner of the world.
So rather than dwelling on negativity, we'd much rather celebrate **our club, our course and the people who continue to put in the work to make it a place we're proud to call our own.**
Thank you to our groundskeepers, volunteers, members and supporters who continue to get behind the Proston Golf Club.
