Scale is the worst way to measure progress or use as feedback to decide how much you should eat

Coached purely online using a app for programs which contained videos of exercises chosen specifically by me as 95% of exercise instruction online is incorrect.

I remember Charles Poliquin my mentor saying he was bored as it was too easy getting results. Didn't understand then but I understand now. Transforming a person's physique is part science part art. It's not always as easy as eating less and training more.
