Bella is having a new experience! The ‘big bag’ 🙀

The bag takes us away to new places? Familiar places, revisited places,

Different times, temperatures and experiences.

I’m off to the the land of the ‘lucky cat’ but I know how lucky I am to have my own lucky cat.. Bella.

A plan is a road map to keep on task.
My class plans are my visualisations, in colour of how I can present and share the depth of yoga.
The depth of each of our experiences in
Yoga are layered and exciting…. Unique.
My plans are my roadmap so my students can see themselves within the colour of yoga too.

Imagine a yoga mat made of grass! How cool would that be? I had a blast conjuring up this image and decking out my indoor/outdoor studio... with Bella The Cat supervising, of course.

Hop on your mat, breathe, dream, and flow with your own yoga vibe.

In my imagination, I'm leading a yoga class in a lush jungle of green goodness.

But wait, it’s not just any class—these faboulous Yogis and I could be anywhere!

Picture us perched on a mountain peak, floating on a tranquil sea, or even drifting through the cosmos!

We're anchored in the now, yet whisked away from the mundane. Yoga's a ticket to limitless adventures!

Wrap yourself up, curl yourself into a ball and let go.
This morning in class I was suggesting we can find peacefulness in being content in the moment.

No need to be striving all the time for the perfect pose, the perfect day or the perfect life.

Have minimal expectations. Let the little surprises arrive as a gift.

The lovely present moment.

It’s easy to get caught up in what has past, over thinking everything we do in our lives.

Sure, it’s fine to reflect for learning and evolution but getting over stimulated and agitated cannot be good for us.

A new day, another opportunity to reset.

Happy Sunday 🪴🪴🪴
