It was an absolute pleasure to present to the Microsoft team on a sparkling Harbourside afternoon in The Rocks last week.
There wasn't much room for exercise so after a few "desk stretches" I shared some 'stimulating' and 'relaxing' breath techniques, offered some insights on how to manage our emotional state under pressure and how to recognise and express our unique talents.
I'm pleased to say it went down well. 10 points for guessing what everyone was laughing about at the start of the video...
I love sharing my passion for movement, breath and mindset in this type of setting, when everyone is receptive and ready to learn.
I think they also appreciate the change of pace from the long day of "death by PowerPoint" slide shows 🤣
