New to QHLAC? Here’s what to expect on a Friday night! ❤🖤

Your first competition night can feel a little overwhelming when you’re not quite sure where to go, what happens next or how everything works.

So we’ve put together a quick guide to take you through a typical Friday night.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 One important thing for parents and guardians:
QHLAC is a family-based, volunteer-run club and a parent or guardian must remain at Wrights Reserve for the duration of competition. We rely on families to help our Friday nights run smoothly, whether that’s assisting with an age group, helping at an event or simply being there to support your athlete.

Our first competition night on Friday 11th September.
We can’t wait to see everyone back and new athletes and families!

📅 Season Start Date: Friday 11th September 2026
Uniforms:
Uniform ordering and fitting details are available from Sportsmagic via this link https://sportsmagic.com.au/.../quakers-hill-little.... Your child will need a singlet or crop top in order to compete, and any black shorts/tights.

⏰Registration Pack collection will be this Friday 4th of September from 6pm - 8pm.

If you can’t make this registration pick up, we will have limited sizes available for sale in the canteen, and club delivery will be available, until early September.

New season fees:
Tiny Tots - $160
U6 - 20’s - $195
** Sibling discount - $10 off for 2nd and 3rd child. Please contact our registrar for 4 or more siblings - [email protected]

At QHLAC we aim to keep registration fees as low as possible. We are proud to be able to offer;
* Up to 21 running nights (weather permitting)
* FREE weekly training for all disciplines
* Entry fee for State Relays, Zone, Region and cover a portion of the entry fees for State Championships
* Nationals registration fee covered
* Region qualifiers T-Shirt and progression State athletes jacket
* End of season fun night
* End of year medal for all participants as well as age awards

We look forward to welcoming you all back to QHLAC for a season of fun, family and fitness and can’t wait to see you all achieve some PBs and your goals.

Sportsmagic will be on site at our registration pick up night on Thursday 27th August, from 6pm - 8pm. If you can’t make this registration pick up, we will have limited sizes available for sale in the canteen, and club delivery will be available, until early September.

🎁 Early Bird Bonus:
Register by the end of August and receive a FREE bonus training shirt (valued at $40) to kick off the season in style!
Remember, this is just a training shirt. You will be required to wear the uniform singlet or crop top on running nights. Orders will be placed after cut off date and expected delivery will be mid October.

What a fantastic day we had yesterday at our Bunnings BBQ. Raising valuable funds that will go directly to helping provide a more enjoyable experience for our athletes.
Big shout out to our awesome families that gave up their time to pitch in and help out.
Big thanks to Warren Kirby MP and Commonwealth Games and World Athletics U20 Gold Medalist Isaac Beacroft for helping out.
Our club is extremely fortunate to have such a supportive group of people willing to help out when asked.

We’re down at Bunnings Marsden Park, running the BBQ sausage sizzle for the day.

Come down and do some Bunnings shopping, grab a sausage sandwich, and say g’day to some of our committee, athletes, parents and athletes. You might even spot Commonwealth Games and U20 World Athletics Champion Isaac Beacroft on the BBQ!

We’re here until 4pm.

🌭 BUNNINGS FUNDRAISER BBQ ON TOMORROW 22nd AUGUST!!!🌭

🌭 Be sure to support your club tomorrow (Saturday 2nd) by buying a sausage sandwich at our Bunnings fundraiser at Marsden Park (Cnr Richmond Rd & Hollinsworth Rd), from 8am to 4pm and grab yourself a delicious sausage sizzle outside.
