It's that time again and this year I'm back in the pool for learn to swim along with Laura Hockey, Sarah Cudmore, Alice Cudmore and Holly McNamara. Lessons will start on the 7th of November and run for 6 weeks. We are also doing 10 day intensive swimming in January 2017. All at the Quirindi pool. Hello my Friends, I have had a few people asking me what are the best way to increase energy levels. I believe that a balanced diet, regular exercise and adequate sleep are really important, but my little seceret is Raw Greens. This stuff has been magic for me. Hello to all my likers,
I would just like to say thank you for all the support over the last couple of years. Im not finishing up but I have been offered a position as Senior Fitness Instructor at the Quirindi Recreation Centre. I will still be running my learn to swim & personal training as Splash N Dash but all group fitness has moved to the rec centre. I really value all my participants and encourage you all to join me at the rec centre for all of the classes you are used to and a lot more. Please head over to the Rec Centre page and like to keep up to date with classes and important information. Once again thank you Splash N Dash wouldnt be what it is today with out all of you.
