✨ Reintroducing Heather ☺️✨

You may recognise Heather from our front-of-house team! After spending the last few months getting to know our members, she’s excited to swap the front desk for the stretch bench and officially begin her journey as a Flexologist!

Originally from the UK, Heather is a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Gymnastics Coach with a background specialising in functional fitness and movement coaching.

She trained in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics for over a decade, which sparked her passion for movement, mobility and helping people feel strong and capable in their bodies.

Outside of StretchLab, Heather dedicates her time to developing young athletes through gymnastics coaching, while continuing to explore her own movement through calisthenics, hand balancing and pole dance.

She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to movement and loves helping people discover what works for them, build confidence and find more enjoyment in being active! 💙

Heather will be available to book Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings! 📆

Meet Sofia our new Flexologist 👋🏻

Sofia has been passionate about movement for over a decade. Her journey began with running as a Nike+ Run Club Pacer in Mexico City, leading her to complete 3 marathons and becoming a certified Marathon Running Coach. Along the way, she discovered yoga and physical therapy, becoming a certified Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga teacher while finishing her PT degree.

Sofia believes movement is an ever evolving process of listening to and understanding your body, with no one single ‘’right’’ way to move. Her love for conscious movement, especially flowing yoga connected to breath, is what inspires her to help others stay active, reduce tension and build a stronger connection with their bodies; the passion that led her to join StretchLab 💙

Find her here on Tuesday and Friday mornings ☕️
