specifically designed to carry all of the relevant games, sports and fitness equipment to provide fitness programs for all 3 age categories (Kids, Juniors and Teens) at any of these locations. We are totally independent and meet the strict K-6 PDHPE Syllabus guidelines created by Board of Studies when it comes to planning and delivering exercise for children and young adolescents. The founder of TRANSFORM-US Fitness For Kids, wanted to create an environment in which children of all ages (5-16yrs) and at all levels of social and physical aptitude, could have fun exercising to a physical activity syllabus that improves skills in the following areas:

• Fun and building confidence in social environments
• Agility
• Balance
• Strength
• Power
• Endurance
• Co-ordination
• Speed

The TRANSFORM-US Fitness For Kids range of Fitness Programs have been designed to cover all of the above areas of development for children. Our fully trained and accredited Fitness Instructors have the necessary skills and experience to identify individuals who may need further development, or those who show skills and capability to progress into our TRANSFORM-US Elite Group Training Programs. Our ‘in-school’ fitness programs meet the strict guidelines as set by the Department of Education (DET) PDHPE Syllabus for Sports Programs and are used to run PhysEd classes for Years K-6 and Years 7-12. Our Accredited Fitness Instructors
Part of our responsibility under ‘Duty of Care’ is to ensure that we are providing trained, experienced and accredited Fitness Instructors who meet all of the pre-requisites to deliver group fitness and exercise to children and young adolescents. You can also be assured that our programs meet the minimum Instructor to Student ratios (1:25) and in most cases we will also have Assistants present at each class to help out and ensure the best levels of supervision. All of our Fitness Instructors have:

• NSW Primary Teacher registration (PDHPE)
. Certificate III in Fitness
• Certificate IV in Fitness - CHISM Elective Module SRF CHA001A: Plan and Deliver Exercise for Children and Young Adolescents 2009
• a current Level Two First Aid Certificate
• a current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
• a recent Working with Children Check (National Police Check)
• their own appropriate insurance, or as employees of Transformers operate under our insurance policy
