So proud of these ladies (most tired after the morning school routine) they give their all every session. Their endurance level is increasing and they are feeling stronger after each circuit. Everyone can do more then they think they can, you just have to do it.

UNFORTUNATELY, WEDNESDAY CIRCUITS ARE CANCELED DUE TO HEAVY RAIN AND STORMS COMING TONIGHT AND TOMORROW ☹️

Awesome sessions today! 6am was a hit! Also the ladies at our first ever women's only session at 9am did a great job, I was impressed with the effort they put in.
We are back at Endeavor Park Newport at 6am tomorrow, all fitness levels welcome.
