MASSIVE CONGRATS, DAVE & MARTIN!

A huge shoutout to our Focus members Dave & Martin, who headed off to Bundaberg over the weekend to compete in the Queensland Pickleball Tour! 🏓🔥

And what a weekend it was! 👏

🥈 SILVER – 35+ 3.49 & Under Doubles
The boys teamed up and battled their way to a well-deserved Silver medal in a seriously competitive division! 💪

🥈 Dave – Silver | 35+ 3.49 & Under
Dave put together a fantastic performance in a very tough singles competition, fighting all the way to Silver! What an effort! 👏🔥

💥 Martin – 35+ 3.50–3.99
Martin gave the division a serious shake-up, showing plenty of fight and skill along the way!

And even more impressive… this was Martin’s FIRST EVER tournament! 🤩
What an absolute ripper of a debut — we’re sure there are plenty more great results to come! 💪🏓

A massive congratulations to Focus Pickleball player Oliver Novic, who has won a BRONZE MEDAL at the 2026 Pickleball World Cup in Da Nang, Vietnam! 🇦🇺
Oliver took out Bronze in the 14 & Under Junior Mixed Doubles alongside his partner Ella Oh from Korea. 🇰🇷
We are incredibly proud of Oliver. All the hours of training, hard work and dedication are paying off, and it’s fantastic to see him competing on the world stage and coming home with a medal! 🥉

There’s still plenty more Pickleball to come. Wishing Oliver all the very best for the Teams Event, Junior Singles and Boys Doubles. 💪🇦🇺

🇦🇺🌏 FOCUS TAKES ON THE WORLD! 🏓🔥

Our very own Focus members Caroline, Mat & Chris are currently over in Vietnam competing in the 2026 International Pickleball Tournament! 🇻🇳🏓

Caroline teamed up with Cath and put together some fantastic games playing bronze but narrowly missing out, they showed the international circuit exactly what us amateur Aussies are all about! 🇦🇺💪

Meanwhile, Mat & Chris have teamed up and unfortunately didn’t head through to finals - after tough pool rounds!

We couldn’t be prouder of our Focus crew getting out there, representing Australia and enjoying the opportunity to compete on the international stage.

We’ll keep you all updated as the tournament progresses… 👀

What a weekend for the Focus team at QPT Hervey Bay! 💙💛

The weather definitely kept us on our toes all weekend — with wicked winds that gave our famous Redcliffe winds a serious run for their money 🌬️😂, rain delays and, unfortunately, event cancellations.

But despite the crazy conditions, our Focus crew still managed to bring home some fantastic results! 👏🔥

What a day for Focus Tennis & Pickleball at the MiLP (Minor League Pickleball) tournament at Pickleball Palace! 🏓🔥

We had three Focus players — Mansi, Bernie & Kabir — stepping onto the tournament court for the VERY first time! 🙌 Joined by their fourth player, Steven, the team might not have collected all the wins, but they definitely collected the laughs, encouragement, smiles and memories — and honestly, that’s a win in itself! 💪❤️

🥇 Team Control.Alt.Defeat — featuring a couple of our Focus players — brought home the Gold in DUPR 12 and are now off to Melbourne in September! 🏆✈️

🔥 DUPR 14 Team also had an absolute cracker of a day, including a couple of epic Dreambreakers! Plenty of laughs, smiles, big rallies and some seriously fun pickleball.

But the real highlight of the day? The Focus crew supporting each other. 👏❤️

Whether it was your first tournament, chasing gold or battling it out in a Dreambreaker, the encouragement and camaraderie from our Focus players was next level.

That’s what Focus is all about — playing hard, supporting harder and having a bloody good time along the way! 🏓❤️
