Not the result the boys were chasing today, but what a season it’s been.

So proud of this young bloke. Every year I see more growth—not just as a footballer, but as a teammate and as a young man. You can’t measure a season by one game. It’s measured by the work, the resilience, the lessons and the improvement along the way.

The scoreboard might say the season is over, but this is just another step in the journey. I honestly can’t wait to see where the next 12 months take you. Keep working, keep competing and keep enjoying the game. Your best footy is still well ahead of you.

Feels like yesterday, but somehow 18 years has gone by in the blink of an eye.

Being your dad and watching you grow into the man you have become is the greatest privilege of my life.
