🍩 DON’T MISS OUT ON YOUR TREATS WHILE WORKING TOWARDS YOUR GOALS!

Working towards fat loss doesn’t mean you have to avoid Yo-Chi, dinners out or the foods you genuinely enjoy.

It’s about making informed choices—not being perfect.

That’s why we’ve created this Yo-Chi Cheat Sheet. It shows you the calories in the different bases, toppings and sauces, so you can build something you’ll love while staying aware of what’s going into your bowl.

A few simple tips:

🍓 Choose fresh fruit when you want more volume for fewer calories.

đŸ„„ Be mindful of calorie-dense toppings and sauces—they can add up quickly.

đŸ« Pick the treats you genuinely love instead of adding everything just because it’s there.

Most importantly, enjoy it without guilt and move on with your day.

Remember: Chad said it’s okay! 😂

Save this cheat sheet for your next Yo-Chi trip and tag someone who needs it.

No time to cook? That doesn’t mean you can’t hit your protein target. 🙌

Here are eight quick supermarket options you can literally grab and eat:

1. Hot chicken
2. Babybel cheese
3. Rokeby protein shake
4. YoPRO yoghurt
5. Sirena tuna in light oil
6. Jack Link’s beef jerky
7. Primo Stackers
8. Pork crackles

Are all of these “perfect” foods? No.

But when you’re rushing between work, school pick-up and everything else, having convenient options available is far better than skipping meals or grabbing something that won’t keep you satisfied.

Healthy eating doesn’t need to mean spending your entire Sunday meal prepping. Sometimes it’s simply about making the best choice available—and making protein stupidly simple.

Save this for your next supermarket shop and send it to someone who never has time to cook. đŸ’ȘđŸŒ

Which one would you grab first? đŸ‘‡đŸŒ

This is what Universal Balance is all about. ❀

It’s not about walking into a gym and feeling judged, intimidated or expected to already be fit.

It’s about walking into a place where you feel supported, encouraged and genuinely welcomed—no matter where you’re starting from.

Nathalie says she’s feeling stronger, more confident and proud of what she’s achieving. She’s surprised herself with what she’s capable of and, most importantly, she’s actually enjoying the process.

That’s exactly what we want for every person who walks through our doors.

We’re here to help you build strength, improve your health and become a happier, more confident version of yourself—surrounded by trainers and a community who genuinely want to see you succeed.

We’re incredibly proud of Nathalie and can’t wait to see how far she takes this. ❀

This isn’t just exercise. This is what being part of Universal Balance feels like.

Calories confuse the s**t out of people—but they’re actually really simple. 🔋

A calorie is just a unit of energy.

When you eat or drink, you put energy into your body. Your body then uses that energy to breathe, think, digest food, walk, exercise—and basically keep you alive.

If you consistently take in more energy than your body uses, it stores the extra for later, mostly as body fat.

If you consistently take in slightly less energy than your body needs, it begins using some of that stored energy instead.

That’s a calorie deficit.

Calories aren’t good or bad, and you don’t need to fear them.

They’re simply energy:

⚡ More energy in than you use = your body stores it
⚡ Slightly less energy in than you use = your body uses stored energy

That’s calories explained so simply, even your kids could understand it.

Save this for the next time calories start feeling complicated—and send it to someone who needs it explained without all the fitness-industry bulls**t.

We’re so proud of Nathalie and everything she’s achieved so far. Watching her grow stronger, more confident and surprise herself with what she’s capable of is exactly why we do what we do. ❀

Hear what she had to say about her journey âŹ‡ïž

“UB has honestly been such a positive experience for me. The trainers have been so supportive and encouraging, and I never feel judged or like I’m expected to be at a certain level. Everyone is just there to help you become a better version of yourself.

The biggest thing for me has been how much better I’m feeling within myself. I’m feeling stronger, more confident and proud of what I’m achieving. I’ve surprised myself with what I’m capable of, and I’m actually enjoying the process rather than seeing it as something I have to do.

The community has also made such a difference. It’s nice walking in and feeling like you’re part of something and having people around you who genuinely want to see you do well.

I’m really grateful I started this journey with UB and I’m excited to see how far I can take it. Thank you guys for all the support and encouragement so far! ❀. “

You probably don’t need another strict diet, unrealistic workout plan or someone telling you to “just be more disciplined.”

You need people around you who understand that life gets busy.

People who encourage you when your energy is low, notice when you haven’t been around and celebrate the wins you might otherwise overlook.

That’s what community means to us.

It’s walking into a room where you don’t need to look a certain way, already be fit or know what you’re doing. You can simply arrive as you are.

When you spend time around like-minded people who are also working towards feeling stronger, healthier, happier and more positive, those choices slowly become part of your normal life.

You begin showing up—not because somebody forced you, but because you feel supported, comfortable and like you genuinely belong.

Because sometimes the answer isn’t trying harder on your own.

Sometimes it’s finding the right people to do life alongside. đŸ€

If you’ve been trying to do it alone and you’re ready to find your people, comment COMMUNITY or send us a message.

The deadlift can feel like one of the SCARIEST exercises in the gym—especially when you already have a tight lower back. 😬

But when it’s taught properly, it can also be one of the most beneficial.

Because a deadlift isn’t just about lifting a massive barbell off the floor.

It’s simply practising how to safely bend down, pick something up and stand back up again.

Think about how often you do that in everyday life:

đŸ§ș Picking up a full washing basket
đŸ›ïž Carrying heavy shopping bags
📩 Lifting a box
👧 Picking up your grandkids

You’re already deadlifting—you may just not be doing it with the right technique or enough strength to support the movement.

If your lower back often feels tight, avoiding every bending and lifting movement usually isn’t the long-term answer.

A properly coached deadlift can gradually strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, core and the muscles supporting your spine—helping you feel stronger and more confident when lifting things in everyday life.

And no, you don’t need to start with a heavy barbell!

We start with a light kettlebell or dumbbell, teach you the movement properly and build your confidence first.

The goal isn’t to lift as heavily as possible on day one.

It’s technique first.
Confidence second.
Then strength and weight gradually follow. đŸ’Ș
