He walked in as a member. Now he runs the floor.
MEET COACH ABDULLAH MATTAR

Pro boxer. 10 wins, 1 loss. Training since 2016, fighting since 2018, coaching since 2021. Trained and fought out of this gym first.
Most people think coaches are born in the corner.
Ab started exactly where you would: walking through our door for his first class. "It's literally all I know."
Every member here has the same door open to them.

Start where he started. First class free. Comment or DM FIGHT.

Want to start but scared to walk in? This is what day one looks like.
YOUR FIRST CLASS AT EFF

Every fighter in this gym had a first class once. Even the pros.
The scary part is not the training. It is not knowing what happens.
So here it is. Walk in. Warm up. Learn the basics. Hit the pads. Go home proud.
Save this for the day you come in. 🔖

Bring water and a towel. We lend the gloves. First class free. Comment or DM FIGHT.

Lala opened his shop. Shady was already there. 😂

FIGHT WEEK: LALA vs SHADY

This is EFF. We take the fights seriously and nothing else.
Two weeks before the main event, Shady's face started showing up everywhere.
The gym wall. His own shop shutter. Places we won't mention. Lala did not find it funny. Everyone else did.

Want a gym with this kind of energy? First class free. Comment or DM FIGHT.

Does your kid do two of these? Read to the end.
5 SIGNS YOUR KID NEEDS A FIGHT GYM

We have coached kids in Sefton since 2017. Kids start from age 4.
Too much screen time. Too much energy at night. Giving up when it gets hard.
Training helps with all three. Kids move. They listen to a coach. They earn their trophy.
Save this. Send it to a parent who needs it.

No lock-in contract. We lend gloves for the first class. First class free. Comment or DM FIGHT.

A massive thank you to all the coaches and staff members for volunteering to help with the official 2026 Elite Fight Force Fight Night. Another successful year, another successful night.

We hold the annual Elite Fight Force Fight Night once a year, and it is always a banger. It is our favorite night for a few reasons:
- It gives the families that have put time and effort into bringing their children the opportunity to see the progress they have been making in the flesh.
- It gives the children the opportunity to showcase their growth over the year that has passed.
- It gives the staff members and coaches an opportunity to understand what we need to strengthen and how we will make our gym bigger and better.

We will continue to put ELITE effort into our programs. Our intention behind this family is to build disciplined, hungry, mentally strong, self-confident individuals in order for them to fulfill their real needs and overcome the harsh reality of life no matter what it throws at US!

DM Fight if you are interested in signing up, and we are so very excited to hold the 2027 annual fight night and see you all there again or for the first time.

Remember, anyone is welcome: all races, all ages above the age of 4.

Talk’s over. Tonight.

Shady’s been on the mic all week. Lala crossed his arms and let him.

Tonight one of them was right.

EFF Fight Night. 38 fights, kids from 3:30, first bell 4:30pm, free entry, free food, main event last.

Everyone who says “I’ll come next time” ends up watching it on a story. Don’t be that guy.

78 Carlingford St, Sefton. DM FIGHT.

Half Price. No Excuse.

You’ve been saying “one day” for two years.

Friday night the whole gym fights in front of their parents, their mates, and a barbecue that doesn’t stop. Kids from 3:30, first bell 4:30, free entry, free food.

Bring a mate. If either of you signs up that night or that week, you both get half price off your first month. First class is free anyway.

So what’s the excuse now?

78 Carlingford St, Sefton. DM FIGHT for details.

🔥 RIAD BASSAL 3-0 WITH 3 FINISHES 🔥

Another fight, another finish. Riad Bassal moves to an undefeated 3-0 and continues to prove why he’s one of the most exciting prospects coming through the EFF MMA team.

What people see on fight night is only a small part of the story. Take a look at Riad’s shark tank rounds in training — fresh bodies rotating in every minute while he stays in the middle working non-stop. That’s where the engine, toughness and confidence are built.

The scary part? We’re only getting started.

So what’s next for Riad and the rest of the EFF MMA team? More fights, more experience, more finishes and, God willing, more titles. The future is bright for this team and we’re excited to see where the journey takes us.

Train alongside Riad and the rest of our MMA team:
