ABCpure Pilates with Cat classes are a friendly way to keep moving, maintain strength and mobility, improve balance and spend time with others in the community.

No fancy fitness gear or previous Pilates experience needed - just comfortable clothes, a mat and a willingness to have a go.

These little cards tell a bigger story than you might think.

Every stamp represents someone making time for themselves, showing up, moving their body, coming back again and again.

The ABCpure Pilates class pass was created to make regular Pilates a little easier and a little more rewarding - but the real reward is seeing the consistency behind all those stamps.

To everyone who has started filling a card, who has filled a card or several - thank you for showing up and being part of our community.

Here’s to more movement, more consistency and plenty more stamps!

Happy International DOG DAY - I did not know it was such a thing until today! And then could not resist a post!!

I have been a dog mum for 7 years now and couldn’t imagine life without Arlo our Springador.

Unconditional love, companionship, cuddles, muddy paws and a fab running partner.

Happy Doggy Day to the ones who make our worlds brighter one wagging tail at a time xx

This time next week, Sunday 9th Aug it won’t be “toes or heels down”, instead “touch down” as I land in the UK for a quick trip.

Teaching all to schedule Mon 3rd to Fri 7th Aug.
No classes week commencing 10th and 17th Aug.
Back to business with classes as per schedule Mon 24th Aug.

Hope to see you this week before I jet off!
