🔥 FROM FIRST 5K TO NATIONAL QUALIFIER! 🔥
What an incredible achievement for Marco Naidovski! 🏊‍♂️💪 Taking on the 5km freestyle for the very first time, Marco dug deep, pushed through and came away with his FIRST EVER NATIONAL QUALIFYING TIME! 🤩🇦🇺
A distance he had never raced before, and a result that puts him on the national stage. These are the moments that make swimming so special — not just the times on the clock, but the memories and celebrations shared with the people who matter most!
Congratulations, Marco! A massive milestone and one to be incredibly proud of. The sky’s the limit

 MASSIVE ACHIEVEMENT, FRANCIS! 🔥
First time taking on the 5km freestyle and Francis absolutely sent it! 💪🏊‍♂️ He pushed hard, dug deep and came away with a STATE TIME! 🤩
Taking on a distance event like this for the very first time is no small feat, and to walk away with a state qualifying time makes it even more special!
Congratulations, Francis! What an effort and what an achievement. The hard work is paying off

Stepping out of the comfort zone and into the long distance zone! 🌊📏💪

Yesterday, our distance crew headed down to Wollongong for the SEASA Distance Meet, and it was all about testing limits with most of our swimmers taking on gruelling events they have never tried before!

Look at this incredible lineup of dedication:

Nora: Tacking the massive 400m and 800m Free! 🏊‍♀️

Kira: Taking on the epic 1500m Free! ⏱️

Francis: Doubling down on the 400m Free and the ultimate endurance test—the 5k Free! 💥

Charlotte: Racing the 400m Free and the brutal 400m IM! 🥇

Marco: Also taking on the tough combo of 400m Free and 5k Free! 🔥

Jaimee: Kicking off her distance season looking to smash her previous 5k time! 🚀

It takes immense grit, mental toughness, and courage to step up to events like these—especially in cold water conditions! We are so proud of every single one of you for embracing the challenge and leaving it all in the pool.

Drop some massive encouragement in the comments for our distance warriors! 👇

Here are Jaimee, Kira, and Nora looking bright-eyed and fresh on the pool deck just before the gruelling metres started racking up at the SESA Distance meet yesterday. The water was cold but the smiles and team spirit were big.

💪🏊 NEW GYM PROGRAM — WEEK 1! 🏊💪
We’re kicking off our new gym program at RWSC! 💥 Great to see our swimmers getting involved, building strength and working on their fitness to support their performance in the pool.
It’s all about putting in the work, building good habits and becoming stronger swimmers — both in and out of the water! 💪
A big well done to everyone who got involved in week one. The hard work starts here
