Friend of the shop Dave brought in this Casati for a new lease on life. A full frame polish and the chrome is poppin’ 🤌 New bars & stem supplied by Dave, with Brooks England brown cambium bar tape and TRP Cycling Components RRL levers. The aim was to keep it as original as possible while modernising the front end.

Adam dropped in his Soma Double Cross frame for its third iteration.

After being stripped down to a frame after an accident, it was time to rebuild!

Upgrading the groupset to new Shimano Silver Cues 10x1 with an 11-48t cassette and hydraulic brakes. A massive upgrade from his previous mechanical disc brake groupset.

We built up a set of custom wheels using DT Swiss 350 hubs, DT U623 rims and Phil Wood double butted spokes.

The build came out great and we hope you enjoy the new ride Adam!

David’s Blucher is far from stock, and this bike has taken him all over the world. We recently gave it an overhaul and rebuilt both wheels using Velocity USA Cliffhangers. The front was a tad trickier as it’s a 40H Phil Wood & Co. hub, but fortunately Velocity came to the rescue.
Using components on this bike from all over the world, Izumi Chain Mfg. Co., Ltd. / 和泉チエン株式会社 from Japan, Rohloff_AG hub from Germany, VELOCI CYCLE headset from Taiwan & Velocity USA and Phil Wood & Co. from America this Blucher is ready for its next adventure in South America!

We added some new Drink Up bars, 34T front chainring and Veloci Lavender Chainring Bolts.

Paired up with some second hand components - Shimano Deore Crankset and bikinGreen 1.56” stem.
