Welcome to Pole & Aerial Divas, Melbourne’s original pole & aerial fitness studio. With seven Pole Divas studios and three Aerial Divas studios across Melbourne, we are all about empowering everyday women just like YOU to become your best, healthiest self. Circus fitness is the new exercise craze to hit Melbourne, including lyra and silks - give it a go today! We are home to some of Australia (and the world’s) best know pole dancers and aerialists, who are dedicated to helping you become the best pole dancer or aerialist you can be. 🚨 BONUS AERIAL OPEN PRIVATE CLASS - Monday 19th October @ 8:30pm 🚨
Had some trouble with some sneaky nemesis tricks? Missed a couple classes this term and need to catch up on a combo? Get some one on one help with Nichola and smash your goals!

Open Private is a semi-self-guided class where the instructor will lead the warm up, before coming to give some one-on-one time to students in their chosen tricks.
Open to all levels, but must be doing our current syllabus.

✨Reggie is back teaching Saturdays!!

✨Lou is bringing Adv spin to Thursday mornings at 10am!

✨Alex is running her special Showcase course to perform at Xmas showcase. Sundays at 2pm.

✨For the 1st time ever we will have a Strip tease Lap dance performance at Showcase, Gracie is taking 8 week course on Monday mornings 10am
Tue 6:26 PM AND Gracie will also be teaching Elite on wed nights 630pm.
