Happy International Day of Yoga πΏπ§ββοΈ
What a beautiful way to celebrate this special day.
On Sunday 21 June we gathered in Balwyn for a free community yoga class and in the evening we came together online for a free meditation session. Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared in the experience.
The International Day of Yoga is a reminder that simple practices can have a profound impact on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. In a busy world yoga invites us to slow down enough to be in the present moment, to breathe deeply and reconnect with ourselves and those around us.
We love yoga because it helps cultivate strength, balance and inner peace. Also because it brings people together in a welcoming and supportive community. Whether through movement, meditation or wisdom, yoga offers offers tools that can positively support everyday life.
Hereβs to continuing to nurture health, harmony and connection π

THANK YOU //
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our urban unwind mini retreat in person and online.
SaαΉ
gha means spiritual community; dΔna means generosity or giving; and sevΔ means selfless service. Together, these qualities were at the heart of our evening.
Through your presence, practice, contributions and support, our SaαΉ
gha DΔna fundraiser became a collective act of dΔna and sevΔ. As a community, we came together not only to deepen our practice and connection, but also to support a local charity through the proceeds of the event.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended, volunteered, prepared food, served, donated and helped create such a warm and meaningful gathering. It was a beautiful reminder that yoga is not only something we practise individually, but something we embody in how we care for one another and our wider community.
Collectively we raised $500 for Boroondara Community Outreach who support people who are isolated or living with a mental illness.
May the spirit of generosity, service and community continue to ripple outward. π
