I have cerebal palsey and frame running is a great way to help my mobility and co-ordination.

Back at training at Casey Fields since Tuesday let me know if you want to try out Frame running and I will help organise it.
Update for everyone I’ve entered the Essendon gift November 12  My first ever race after doing the 5K run. It’s going to be great to meet other athletes with race running
