Maroondah Junior Sports Club please consider registering as a Get Active Victoria Kids Voucher Program Activity Provider. It will support our most vulnerable kids to play local sport.
Registrations are now open and close 25 Aug. Note that there will only be ONE round this financial year with voucher applications for families open in September and will sell out fast!

We’re preparing an application to the State Government’s Local Sports Infrastructure Fund to support the upgrade of the track lighting at AC Robertson Athletics Track in Ringwood.
The existing lights will be replaced with LED technology to enhance safety and user experience, and create a sustainable future for the venue.
More information will be provided as this project progresses.

On completion of this workshop, you can expect to have:
• attained a deeper understanding and appreciation of the complexity of su***de.
• increased awareness of warning signs and invitations for help.
• increased confidence & capacity to engage with people in crises.
• improved confidence to connect a person at risk of su***de with support.
• an appreciation of the importance of self-care and practical tools to implement.
• ‘debunked’ commonly held su***de myths with facts and lived experience.
• practical ways in which to support someone bereaved through su***de.
