Term 3 brings athletic carnivals and preparation for SSV District / Division / Region. Join our coaches to refresh and refine your skills before your school event.

Rowena will be at the track Wednesday night for Cross Country training, all ages welcome.

Just a reminder there is no training this week.

Please note: Mike D's training will still proceed Tuesday night 5.30pm

The Region Cross-Country Carnivals are individual cross-country events and also serve as qualifying events for the 2026 State Cross-Country Championships at Lake Dewar on Saturday 15th August.

📅 Entries close: 11:00am, Wednesday 1st July 2026. No late entries will be accepted.

Training this week, last chance before the school holidays!

📣REMINDER - WORKING BEE TOMORROW - 9AM📣

- Line marking sector lines before 10am for Discus 1 & 2
- Clean the grandstand and surrounds
- Blow leaves and debris off the track
- Blow sand into pits
- Raking each pit and turning over the sand
- Check Shot Put and Discus areas and tidy up
- Clean outside of canteen

Many hands make light work - so if you are available please come down to the track.

Training is on this week, our coaches would love to see you at these sessions. These are included in your membership, and great preparation for this week's winter track and field competition 🟢🟡
